La Chambre des représentants est le cœur de la politique belge. Les 150 députés élus directement représentent l’ensemble de la population belge. Ensemble, ils débattent des questions de société, élaborent et adaptent les lois et contrôlent le gouvernement fédéral.

Les services de la Chambre lui apportent à cet effet un appui de qualité, tant dans le cadre des travaux parlementaires que sur le plan administratif et logistique. Nous veillons également à ce que les activités de la Chambre soient transparentes et accessibles pour le citoyen. Les principales tâches du collaborateur payroll sont les suivantes :

  • vous êtes responsable de la gestion administrative des salaires et des dossiers des membres du personnel ;
  • vous conseillez les membres du personnel sur les questions relatives à la gestion des salaires et du personnel (congés, salaires, indemnités, etc.) ;
  • vous êtes chargé d’effectuer [VG1] diverses tâches (répétitives ou non) liées à la gestion des salaires (complément d’expérience, simulations salariales ….) ;
  • vous introduisez les entrées en service et sorties, les promotions, les détachements et autres données pertinentes dans le système de gestion du personnel et rédigez les documents annexes nécessaires (C4, attestations d’emploi, attestations de vacances, etc.);
  • vous êtes responsable de la qualité des données.

Qui-êtes vous?

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’ un diplôme de bachelier dans le domaine de la gestion des ressources humaines ou dans le domaine des sciences administratives et gestion publique / administration publique OU êtes titulaire d’un bachelier et disposez d’au moins deux ans d’expérience en payroll acquise au cours des 5 dernières années.
  • Vous êtes familier avec les programmes de traitement de salaire et avez une bonne connaissance des outils de sécurité sociale ;
  • Bonne connaissance du français et du néerlandais, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral ;
