The posting

TACHES

Tu seras initialement agent call center dans notre centre d'appel, pour évoluer ensuite vers un poste de dispatcher

En tant que call center agent :

  • Tu réceptionnes les appels téléphoniques
  • Tu es en contact permanent avec les clients privés et les diverses instances officielles (surtout la police et les assistances)
  • Tu encodes les missions de dépannage
  • Tu assistes les chauffeurs pendant la mission si besoin
  • Tu assures le suivi des interventions via un système de communication
  • Tu établis les factures des déplacements.

En tant que dispatcher :

  • Tu gères l'envoi des dépanneurs sur le lieu d'intervention, suite à la demande des clients, des assistances et de la police et ce de la façon la plus optimale au niveau de la distance, du délai d'attente, de la densité du trafic, des véhicules disponibles et du type d'intervention.

PROFIL

  • Tu es à l'aise avec l'outil informatique
  • Tu disposes d'une bonne connaissance géographique de la région et des principales villes du pays
  • Tu tolères bien le stress et sais répondre à plusieurs exigences en même temps
  • L'esprit d'équipe et de communication est primordial
  • Tu es professionnel avec les clients
  • Tu es prêt à travailler en horaire flexible avec travail le weekend et la nuit, jours fériés inclus (il y a un roulement fixe - tu connais donc tes horaires pour toute l'année à l'avance). Lorsque tu travailles le weekend, tu es libre pendant la semaine qui précède ce weekend.
