Notre Auberge de Malmedy est à la recherche de son ( sa) futur(e) collaborateur-trice de cuisine et au ménage (F/H/X).

Située à Malmedy, au cœur des Ardennes et à proximité directe des Hautes Fagnes, notre auberge s’inscrit dans un environnement à la fois naturel, touristique et culturellement riche. Ville conviviale et dynamique, Malmedy est reconnue pour son patrimoine, ses traditions vivantes et son sens de l’accueil. Travailler dans notre auberge, c’est évoluer dans un cadre stimulant, humain et engagé, au sein d’une structure ancrée dans la vie locale et tournée vers la rencontre, le partage et l’ouverture.

En solo, en couple, en familles ou en groupes en tous genres, l’Auberge propose des chambres doubles pour se poser à deux, des chambres familiales et bien sûr des chambres partagées. Au total, l’Auberge dispose de 35 chambres pour un total de 184 lits.

LA FONCTION :

Avec tes collègues, tu es responsable de la propreté de l’Auberge et tu participes à la préparation des repas afin de laisser à nos voyageurs un souvenir hors du commun de leur séjour. Le tout dans une ambiance conviviale et détendue : le bonheur !

Missions principales

En cuisine :

  • Mise en place et gestion des buffets du petit déjeuner, selon les instructions et en respectant la présentation demandée et les normes d'hygiène HACCP
  • Participer à la préparation des lunch-pack et repas, en support à l’équipe cuisine.
  • Débarrasser et nettoyer la vaisselle et le matériel de cuisine.
  • Installer, ranger, nettoyer et entretenir la cuisine, les zones de stockage et la salle de restaurant

En nettoyage :

  • Nettoyage des chambres, sanitaires, salles, espaces communs et autres locaux
  • Entretien du matériel de nettoyage
  • Gestion des stocks des produits de nettoyage
  • Entretien du linge qui doit être assuré en auberge
  • Signaler les défectuosités au service de maintenance et/ou à la direction
  • Aide ponctuelle aux autres services en cas de nécessité

TON PROFIL & Compétences :

  • Expérience et attrait pour la cuisine de collectivité
  • Expérience des techniques de nettoyage souhaitée
  • Respect des normes HACCP et des procédures
  • Une expérience dans l’hôtellerie ou la restauration est un plus
  • Bonnes capacités relationnelles et bonne présentation (contacts avec les voyageurs)
  • Ponctualité, organisation et esprit d’équipe

POSITIONNEMENT :

Sous l’autorité de la direction de l’Auberge

LE CONTRAT :

Contrat de remplacement

HORAIRE : temps partiel (24h00/semaine) horaire variable à définir, prestations de week-end à prévoir

ENGAGEMENT : à partir du 01/09/2026

REMUNERATION :

  • Selon la CP302 Catégorie II. Expérience utile valorisable
  • Prime de fin d’année : 13ème mois proportionnel aux prestations de l’année
  • Pécule de vacances légal (4 semaines)
