The posting

Le/la collaborateur(trice) petit-déjeuner assure la préparation, la mise en place et le bon déroulement du service petit-déjeuner au sein de l'aparthotel.

Ses principales missions sont :

Préparer et mettre en place le buffet petit-déjeuner avant l'arrivée des clients. Accueillir les clients avec professionnalisme et veiller à leur satisfaction pendant le service. Réapprovisionner le buffet tout au long du service en respectant les standards de qualité et de présentation. Contrôler la fraîcheur, la propreté et la bonne présentation des produits. Débarrasser, nettoyer et ranger la salle petit-déjeuner après le service. Assurer la plonge et le nettoyage du matériel utilisé. Respecter les règles d'hygiène, de sécurité alimentaire et les procédures internes. Signaler les besoins de réassort, les anomalies ou les problèmes techniques à la direction. Participer au maintien d'un environnement propre, accueillant et conforme à l'image de l'établissement

Le poste demande de la ponctualité, de l'organisation, un bon sens du service client et la capacité à travailler tôt le matin de manière autonome. Une première expérience en horeca, hôtellerie ou service petit-déjeuner est un atout.
