The posting

Pour cette fonction de collaborateur qualité et laboratoire, vous serez amenés à:

  • Assister le responsable qualité (de la réception à la livraison des produits)
  • Effectuer les mises à jour, les analyses demandée (tests de conservation) et veiller au bon état du laboratoire ( infrastructure, équipements, produits et matières premières.)
  • maintien des procédures QA/QC, réalisation d’audits internes, gestion des éléments qualité dans l’ERP, analyses liées aux plaintes ou non-conformités.
  • Tu travailles en étroite collaboration avec les collègues de tous les services et rapportes directement au responsable qualité.

Les tâches concrètes et les activités typiques du poste:

  • Réaliser des analyses de routine dans le laboratoire microbiologique interne, y compris la préparation des milieux de culture et des échantillons de production.
  • Détecter et compter les principaux micro-organismes (totaux et pathogènes).
  • Enregistrer et rapporter les résultats d’analyse.
  • Assurer la maintenance et la calibration des équipements de laboratoire (contrôles externes inclus).
  • Gérer correctement les produits chimiques et les flux de déchets. Vérifier la réception des produits de laboratoire et effectuer les actions correctives nécessaires.
  • Effectuer des analyses liées à des projets (tests de vieillissement, etc.).
  • Exécuter d’autres tâches QA/QC à la demande du responsable qualité

Pour ce poste, nous cherchons les compétences suivantes:

  • Diplôme de m aster en technologie alimentaire, (micro-)biologie ou chimie, avec une première expérience pratique.
  • Connaissances et expérience de base du travail en laboratoire.
  • Grande précision et rigueur.
  • Esprit pratique et sens technique développé.
  • Bonne maîtrise de MS Office, en particulier Excel . La connaissance d’un système ERP est un atout.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en étant un bon joueur d’équipe.
  • Maîtrise du néerlandais ou du français comme langue maternelle, avec une bonne connaissance professionnelle de l’autre langue.
