Au sein de notre magasin, vous intervenez dans différents rayons : caisse, produits secs, produits frais, boulangerie et To Go. Vous contribuez à offrir un service client de qualité, à assurer l'approvisionnement des rayons, à gérer les stocks et au bon déroulement des opérations quotidiennes.

Nous recherchons une personne polyvalente, organisée et fiable, qui aime le travail bien fait et sait faire preuve d'initiative. Vous êtes capable de travailler de manière autonome, de vous organiser efficacement et de veiller à ce que les tâches soient réalisées correctement, tout en contribuant à une bonne dynamique d'équipe.

Une expérience récente de 3 ans en grande distribution est obligatoire. Nous accordons une importance particulière à votre maturité, votre engagement, votre flexibilité et votre sens des responsabilités. Vous êtes suffisamment autonome et mature pour assurer l'ouverture ou la fermeture du magasin lorsque cela est nécessaire, en veillant au bon déroulement des opérations et au respect des procédures.

Une expérience récente de 3 ans en grande distribution est obligatoire

Vos principales missions :

  • Vous accueillez les clients à la caisse avec le sourire et efficacité, et les conseillez sur les produits disponibles en magasin.
  • Vous réceptionnez les livraisons et assurez le réapprovisionnement des rayons, en veillant à la bonne présentation et à la fraîcheur des produits.
  • Vous passez aisément d'une tâche à l'autre, de la caisse aux rayons de produits secs et frais, en passant par la boulangerie et la préparation des produits To Go.
  • Vous respectez les normes de sécurité alimentaire et d'hygiène et veillez à maintenir un environnement propre et sûr.
  • Vous veillez à ce que les rayons restent bien organisés, approvisionnés et attractifs.
  • Vous faites preuve d'autonomie et d'initiative dans votre travail et contribuez activement au bon fonctionnement du magasin.
  • Vous êtes attentif·ve aux besoins de l'équipe et prêt·e à apporter votre aide là où elle est nécessaire, dans un esprit de collaboration et de service.

Compétences requises :

  • Vous êtes suffisamment autonome et mature pour assurer l'ouverture ou la fermeture du magasin lorsque cela est nécessaire, en veillant au bon déroulement des opérations et au respect des procédures.
  • Un bon sens commercial et une orientation client affirmée.
  • Un excellent relationnel et une communication agréable avec les clients et les collègues.
  • Une bonne capacité d'organisation, de l'autonomie et le souci du travail bien fait.
  • De la maturité, de la fiabilité et un réel sens des responsabilités.
  • Un bon esprit d'équipe, du dynamisme et de la motivation.
  • De la flexibilité horaire, y compris le dimanche et les jours fériés.
  • La capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement dynamique.
  • De la proactivité et l'envie d'apprendre et de se développer.
  • Une expérience en vente ou en grande distribution est nécessaire, idéalement de 2 à 3 ans.
