Vous assurez la gestion administrative et opérationnelle du personnel, dans le respect de la législation et des valeurs de l'organisation. Vous êtes le point de contact privilégié pour les employé·e·s pour les questions RH. Vous participez activement au développement de la politique du personnel de l'asbl. Gestion RH ¿ Gérer le payroll en collaboration avec le secretariat social (Group S) : suivi des prestations, absences, congés, maladies, avantages extra-légaux, barèmes et sauts d'ancienneté ¿ Assurer le suivi administratif du personnel (contrats, avenants...) ainsi que les demandes individuelles spécifiques ¿ Co-coordonner le processus de recrutement en collaboration avec le directeur : mettre à jour et publier les offres d'emploi, présélection des candidatures, organisation des entretiens ¿ Veille active et mise en oeuvre des obligations légales en matière de droit social et mise à jour des documents internes ¿ Interface avec le service externe de prévention et de protection au travail (Mensura) ¿ Assurer l'archivage des documents en lien avec les ressources humaines ¿ Assurer la gestion opérationnelle des dispositifs de financement propre aux ressources humaines et à la CP319 (Fonds Maribel, fonds de formation, FeBI, abonnement domicile-travail en tiers-payant...), en collaboration avec la Responsable Finances et Administration Coordination de la politique du personnel et de ses développements ¿ Organisation et suivi individuel du parcours des employé·e·s (on/offboarding, retour au travail après une absence de longue durée) ¿ Participation à la création et/ou l'amélioration des outils RH ¿ Co-développement de la politique de formation et en suivi ¿ Prévention : Co-développement de la politique de prévention et des documents y afférents d'après l'analyse des risques psychosociaux et suivi du plan d'actions sur le bien-être au travail

Compétences ¿ Rigueur et sens de l'organisation ¿ Bonne capacité communicationnelle (orale et écrite) ¿ Capacité à travailler en autonomie et en équipe ¿ Proactivité, flexibilité et prise d'initiative ¿ Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Word, Excel Outlook, Sharepoint...) ¿ Bonne résistance au stress Respect de la confidentialité ¿ Ponctualité Profil requis ¿ Diplôme en lien avec la fonction et/ou expérience équivalente ¿ Expérience en gestion des Ressources humaines (idéalement dans le non-marchand) ¿ Parfaite maîtrise du français ou du néerlandais, écrit et parlé, et bonne connaissance de l'autre langue
