Konvert Ghislenghien recherche un collaborateur service client pour un client de renommée mondiale situé à Ghislenghien.

Vos missions principales :

  • Traitement des appels téléphoniques (30%): Répondre rapidement et avec pertinence aux appels entrants concernant des réclamations, en veillant à la satisfaction du client et en apportant des solutions concrètes à leurs problèmes.
  • Gestion administrative des mails via le système de ticketing (50%): Traiter les dossiers de réclamations et de litiges - Répondre rapidement aux réclamations et fidéliser les clients en apportant des solutions adaptées.
  • Gestion des rapports transporteurs (10%): Analyser les rapports des transporteurs - Effectuer des appels sortants vers les transporteurs et les clients pour le suivi des colis.
  • Collaboration avec les services internes (5%) : Créer des liens entre les différents services et les clients pour trouver des solutions optimales.
  • Participation à des projets (5%) : Collaborer à la mise en place de différents projets.
  • Diplôme de CESS indispensable, un bachelier ou master étant considéré comme un avantage.
  • Idéalement, vous justifiez d'une première expérience en service client ou en SAV.
  • Le néerlandais est OBLIGATOIRE !
  • Maîtrise de la Suite Office (Outlook, Excel) et du logiciel ERP.
  • La connaissance d'une deuxième langue (espagnol, italien ou allemand) est un atout majeur.
  • À l'aise pour travailler dans un open space.
  • Excellent contact client et téléphonique.
  • Dynamisme, réactivité et orientation solution.
  • Capacité à gérer le stress, à prendre du recul et à respecter les procédures.
  • Flexibilité et capacité d'adaptation.
  • Esprit d'équipe et bon contrôle de soi.
