Vous rejoignez une entreprise active dans la fourniture de matériaux et de solutions pour les professionnels. À taille humaine, elle accorde une grande importance à la fiabilité, à la qualité du service et à une organisation logistique efficace.

Dans cette fonction administrative polyvalente, environ 75 % de votre activité est consacrée à la supply chain. Vous soutenez principalement les achats et les expéditions, tout en apportant ponctuellement votre aide au traitement des commandes clients.

Vos missions : • Vous contrôlez les bordereaux et les confirmations de commandes fournisseurs. • Vous vérifiez et assurez le suivi des documents liés aux achats et aux expéditions. • Vous encodez les mouvements de stock avec précision. • Vous classez et gérez les documents administratifs. • Vous assurez le suivi administratif des commandes fournisseurs. • Vous contactez les clients par téléphone pour les informer du suivi de leurs commandes et livraisons. • Vous participez aux tâches liées à la facturation. • Vous apportez ponctuellement votre soutien à l’encodage des commandes clients. • Vous collaborez avec les collègues des services logistique et commercial.
