Manpower Office People is specialist in de rekrutering van bediendeprofielen. Wij gaan steeds voor de ‘perfecte match’ tussen werkgever en sollicitant! Voor onze klant, actief binnen zakelijke dienstverlening en credit management, zijn we op zoek naar een Collection Agent NL/FR.

Als Collection Agent ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten met openstaande facturen. Je beheert dossiers vóór deze naar een incassotraject gaan en zoekt samen met klanten naar een correcte oplossing. Dankzij jouw professionele communicatie en administratieve nauwkeurigheid draag je bij aan een vlotte opvolging van het debiteurenbeheer.

Wat ga je doen als Collection Agent?

  • Opvolgen van openstaande facturen en betalingsachterstanden
  • Telefonisch contact onderhouden met klanten in een professionele context
  • Klanten informeren over openstaande bedragen en mogelijke oplossingen bespreken
  • Dossiers administratief correct verwerken en opvolgen
  • Actief bijdragen aan een snelle en efficiënte betaling van facturen
  • Communiceren in het Nederlands en sporadisch in het Frans

  • Je communiceert professioneel, klantgericht en overtuigend
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een goede basis Frans
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en behoudt overzicht in je dossiers
