Ervaring binnen Quality Assurance of de farmaceutische industrie is geen vereiste. Als jij de motivatie meebrengt, leren wij je de rest. Het werk bestaat uit • Het beheren, bewaken en continu verbeteren van het Quality Management System (QMS);• Het beoordelen, beheren, aanpassen en distribueren van kwaliteitsdocumentatie;• Het coördineren en opvolgen van afwijkingen, CAPA's, change controls en klachten;• Het monitoren van openstaande kwaliteitsacties en bewaken van tijdige opvolging binnen de organisatie;• Het ondersteunen bij interne en externe audits en het opvolgen van verbeteracties;• Het opstellen en beoordelen van Product Quality Reviews (PQR's) en trendanalyses;• Het ondersteunen bij kwalificaties, validaties en trainingen van medewerkers;• Het adviseren van collega's en leidinggevenden over GMP- en kwaliteitsvraagstukken;• Het samenwerken met alle afdelingen om kwaliteit, compliance en continue verbetering binnen Alfasan verder te versterken. Van jou vragen we• Een afgeronde MBO-4 opleiding of vergelijkbaar werk- en denkniveau;• Een nieuwsgierige en leergierige instelling;• Nauwkeurigheid en oog voor detail;• Eigenaarschap en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel;• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden;• Een positieve en proactieve werkhouding;• Ervaring binnen Quality Assurance, GMP of farmacie is geen vereiste;• De motivatie om jezelf te ontwikkelen binnen een GMP-omgeving.
