Wat ga je bij ons ontwikkelen? Je ontwikkelt jezelf op drie gebieden: - Techniek & klant: installatietechnische basiskennis, klanten adviseren, opnemen en inmeten, calculeren, offreren en werk voorbereiden. - Procesverbetering: processen analyseren, verspillingen herkennen, standaardiseren, digitaliseren en verbeteringen praktisch invoeren. - Persoonlijke groei: samenwerken met vakmensen, verantwoordelijkheid nemen, projectmatig werken en ontdekken welke vervolgrichting bij je past. Dit ga je doen in drie fases, zodat je eerst de praktijk leert begrijpen en vanuit daar kan focussen op het gericht verbreden van je kennis en stap voor stap verbeteren van de werkprocessen. De drie fases in het kort: Fase 1: De praktijk leren kennen en meewerken Je loopt mee met ervaren collega's op de afdeling Kortlopende Projecten (KLP) en bouwt zo niet alleen installatietechnische basiskennis op, maar je groeit toe naar het zelfstandig oppakken van standaardwerkzaamheden. Fase 2: Een concrete verbeteropdracht binnen KLP In deze fase ga je aan de slag met het onderzoeken en verbeteren van onze werkprocessen. Door ervaring op te doen binnen de branche leer je welke knelpunten er zijn en begrijp je hoe je deze oplossingsgericht kan aanpakken. Fase 3: Verbreden binnen Poppe We leggen geen eindfunctie vast, maar bieden jouw de ruimte om een ontwikkelpad te kiezen wat bij jou past en bij Poppe! Samen bepalen we op basis van jouw interesses en talenten hoe het traject zich kan verbreden naar andere vraagstukken binnen Poppe. Hoe is het traject vormgegeven? Het traject is opgebouwd rond vijf belangrijke kernpunten: - Praktijkgericht leren - Duidelijke begeleiding - Concrete doelen - Regelmatige evaluatie - Samen vormgeven Wie zoeken we?
