Bij ActiZ werk je aan actuele en complexe vraagstukken in de ouderenzorg. Als branchevereniging van 350 ouderenzorgorganisaties en 500.000 zorgprofessionals werken we dagelijks aan oplossingen voor de zorg van twee miljoen kwetsbare ouderen en chronisch zieken. De vergrijzing stelt de zorg voor grote uitdagingen. Het aantal 65-plussers stijgt de komende twintig jaar met meer dan de helft tot bijna vijf miljoen. Het aantal 90-plussers stijgt zelfs met 200 procent. Dit heeft grote gevolgen. Bij ActiZ werk je aan vraagstukken die ertoe doen. Als één van de grootste lobbyorganisaties binnen de zorgsector kunnen we écht impact maken. Twee collega's van ActiZ zitten bij een laptop en lachen Wil jij samen met ons werken aan de zorg van morgen? - Stage Community Management (HBO) - ActiZ heeft geregeld mogelijkheden voor stagiairs HBO/WO met belangstelling voor maatschappelijke vraagstukken rond wonen, werken en zorg voor ouderen. Wat we doen Het ActiZ-bureau bestaat uit zo'n 85 collega's met verschillende achtergronden. Vanuit Utrecht ondersteunen en adviseren we onze leden en vertegenwoordigen hun belangen in politiek Den Haag. Dat doen we op verschillende thema's, zoals de financiering van de zorg, de arbeidsvoorwaarden/cao, de arbeidsmarkt, kwaliteit, digitalisering. De ActiZ-vereniging bestaat uit een bestuur en een zestal groepen van ongeveer tien 'afgevaardigden' uit de aangesloten zorgorganisaties. Hiermee werken we op het bureau intensief samen en stemmen we af. Dat doen we in de volgende teams: Jeugd, Zorg Thuis, Revalidatie & Herstel, Wonen & Zorg, Arbeid en Digitaal Denken en Doen.
