¡AMPLIAMOS EQUIPO EN MURCIA! 🚀 PCA PINTURA Y MAQUINARIA En PCA PINTURA Y MAQUINARIA, cadena líder con más de 30 años de experiencia en soluciones profesionales para pintura, decoración, automoción e industria, abrimos proceso de selección para incorporar 2 perfiles comerciales en Murcia de forma INMEDIATA.

Buscamos profesionales que se adapten a dos modalidades diferentes de venta: atención directa en nuestras instalaciones y desarrollo de negocio exterior.

PUESTO 1: COMERCIAL DE PUNTO DE VENTA (Tienda)

Funciones: Venta en tienda, fidelización de clientes, preparación de productos/materiales de presentación y mantenimiento del orden físico del punto de venta. Condiciones: Jornada completa con horario partido (Lunes a Viernes de 8:00 a 13:30h y de 15:30 a 19:00h; Sábados por la mañana alternos). Contrato: Contrato indefinido con salario a partir de 1.200,00€ al mes + variables (Bonus por objetivos y plan de comisiones).

PUESTO 2: ASESOR COMERCIAL EXTERNO (De Calle / Autónomo)

Funciones: Prospección y captación de nuevos clientes profesionales, visitas comerciales en terreno, negociación de presupuestos y fidelización de cartera. Condiciones: Contrato de prestación de servicios (Régimen de Autónomos) con total flexibilidad y autogestión de tu agenda de lunes a viernes. Herramientas a cargo de la empresa: Vehículo de empresa, teléfono móvil y ordenador portátil desde el primer día. Retribución: Atractivo Ingreso Fijo Garantizado + un ambicioso plan de comisiones e incentivos por objetivos conseguidos.

REQUISITOS (Para ambos puestos):

Imprescindible: Residencia en Murcia o cercanías. Imprescindible: Habilidad innata para la atención al cliente, identificar sus necesidades, negociar y cerrar ventas. Muy valorable: Experiencia previa .
