Commerce Officer Do you have a winning mentality, experience in purchasing and/or sales, and bring a healthy dose of energy to work every day? As a Commercial Officer you will be part of an international, professional, and dedicated team focused on the buying and selling of our unique and wide portfolio of fruits and vegetables. Your responsibilities include: - Independently managing and achieving targets; - Maintaining and strengthening relationships with different stakeholders; - Matching supply and demand, while safeguarding food safety, supplier interests, and customer satisfaction; - Analyzing market trends and identifying product opportunities; - Negotiating clear financial agreements; - Leading a cluster based on a geographical area or product group. - HBO - English Who are you? - You are proactive, results-driven, and decisive; - You have an eye for detail and are quality-oriented; - You are fluent in English, additional languages (such as Dutch, Spanish, German, Portuguese or Russian) are a plus; - You have excellent communication skills and are socially adept, enabling you to work effectively across different countries and cultures; - You are flexible and available to travel and attend client or supplier visits outside normal working hours when necessary; - You are willing to work full-time from our office in Waddinxveen; - You have a Bachelor-level (HBO) education or equivalent working and thinking level.
