Ben jij een geboren planner? Verander je gewone schema's in echte meesterwerken? Fantastisch! Als afsprakenplanner speel je cruciale rol in het creëren van harmonie in onze agenda's en zorgt ervoor dat elk moment optimaal wordt benut.

Jouw nieuw uitdaging ziet er als volgt uit: - Je belt naar klanten en prospecten om een afspraak vast te leggen (95% telefonie). - Je voert een eerste commercieel gesprek over onze EHBO producten en vult daarmee de agenda voor een vertegenwoordiger voor de komende dagen. - Je belt regio per regio. Je krijgt hiervoor de nodige tools en hulpmiddelen. - Je beheert je data en organiseert je dag zo optimaal mogelijk in functie van je gebied. - Je zorgt met een goeie mix van afspraken om dagelijks 2 kwaliteitsvolle agenda's afleveren voor de vertegenwoordiger, hiermee bepaal je het succes van de buitendienst!

Naast het voltijdse uurrooster van 38 uren per week en het deeltijdse uurrooster van 30u per week willen we nieuwe medewerkers de mogelijkheid bieden om 4/5den te werken of te opteren om steeds in de voor- of namiddag te werken. Op deze wijze krijgen kandidaten die een goede combinatie werk en privé wensen, meer alternatieven. Volgende uurroosters zijn dus mogelijk: - Voltijds; van maandag tot en met donderdag van 8u30 tot 17u en op vrijdag van 8u30 tot 15u - 5 dagen van 8u30 tot 15u (30 uren) - 4 volle dagen per week of 3 volle dagen en 2 halve dagen - 5 voormiddagen van 8u30 tot 12u30 - 5 namiddagen van 13u tot 17u (vrijdag tot 15u)

Na verloop van tijd zal er de mogelijkheid zijn om 1 dag per week van thuis te werken alsook zijn er een tal van doorgroeimogelijkheden.

Wie ben jij?

  • Communicatief en commercieel ingesteld
  • Staat graag klanten telefonisch te woord
  • Zelfstandig, maar gaat graag als team vooruit
  • Gezonde dosis overtuigingskracht en doorzettingsvermogen, je ziet het zitten om elke dag aan je targets te werken

Opleiding: Je hebt een diploma van het middelbaar onderwijs.

Vakkennis: Je hebt ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.

Talenkennis: Vloeiend Nederlands

Attesten: Geen vereiste.
