De functie inhoud Hoe ziet jouw dag er als Commerciële Binnendienst uit?

  • In de rol van Commerciële Binnendienst sta je in voor het uitschrijven van aantrekkelijke vacatureteksten waarmee we getalenteerde kandidaten bereiken.
  • Het beheren van binnenkomende sollicitanten valt onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je neemt interviews van kandidaten af en contacteert voorgaande werkgevers voor een referentie.
  • Je stelt gericht kandidaten voor aan onze klanten en begeleid hen tijdens het sollicitatieproces.
  • Bedrijfsbezoeken worden door jou georganiseerd en ingepland.
  • Ook het voorbereiden van loonsimulaties voor sollicitanten behoort tot jouw takenpakket.
  • Je stuurt mailings uit en benadert potentiële collega's via LinkedIn.
  • Je ontwerpt flyers in Canva en maakt visueel een overzicht van ons klantenbestand.

Onze klant Bij Bonnie begeleiden we consultants naar hun eerste of volgende project. We zijn actief in West- en Oost-Vlaanderen en werken voornamelijk vanuit onze uitvalsbasis in Oostkamp. Hier zit je samen op kantoor met de collega's van Noël Franklin, sfeer gegarandeerd!
