Voor een dynamische en groeiende organisatie zoeken we een Commerciële Binnendienst medewerker die mee wil bouwen aan de verdere commerciële ontwikkeling van het afhaalpunt en de klantenportefeuille.

In deze functie ben jij het eerste commerciële aanspreekpunt voor klanten die langskomen. Je combineert relatiebeheer met prospectie en actieve commerciële acties, en je speelt een belangrijke rol in de verdere groei van het klantenbestand.

  • Sterke commerciële relaties bouw je uit met klanten die langskomen in het afhaalpunt.
  • Actief breng je nieuwe klanten in kaart en je onderneemt gerichte commerciële acties.
  • Bij bestaande klanten volg je leads op en je onderzoekt groeimogelijkheden.
  • Je neemt deel aan beurzen en evenementen om nieuwe contacten te leggen
  • Proactief denk je mee over commerciële acties en je zet deze ook om in de praktijk.
  • Nederlands en Frans spreek je vlot.
  • Je hebt een sterke commerciële drive en een echte “doenersmentaliteit”.
  • Met de computer en digitale tools werk je vlot.
  • Oktober t.e.m. mei is het zeer druk, hierdoor kan je deze periode geen verlof nemen.
  • Je bent hands-on, zelfstandig en resultaatgericht.
  • Affiniteit met de groensector is een grote troef.
  • Je kan je werk goed organiseren en prioriteiten stellen.
  • Zowel starters met de juiste commerciële mindset als ervaren commerciële profielen komen in aanmerking.
