The posting

Voor het Customer Service team in België zoeken we versterking in de vorm van een Commerciële Binnendienst / Customer Service medewerker. Afhankelijk van ervaring en ambitie is er ruimte om door te groeien naar een meewerkende Teamlead-rol.

Je fungeert als cruciale schakel tussen klanten, sales, productie en logistiek, met een sterke focus op de Duitse markt.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Beheren en opvolgen van klantenorders van A tot Z Controleren van prijzen, levertermijnen en productgamma Nauwe afstemming met productieplanning in Turkije Actief opvolgen van het orderboek en communiceren van leverdata Coördinatie rond transport en leveringen (klant of Balta georganiseerd) Proactief informeren van klanten bij wijzigingen of vertragingen

Ondersteunen van de buitendienst bij:

Offertes en klantvoorstellen Meedenken over bestellingen en commerciële optimalisaties Opportuniteiten detecteren om orders te optimaliseren of uit te breiden Intensief samenwerken met sales en andere interne teams

Jouw profiel

  • Bachelor denkniveau of gelijkwaardig door ervaring Eerste ervaring in Customer Service, commerciële binnendienst of ordermanagement;
  • Sterke affiniteit met internationale omgevingen en complexe flows;
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig en neemt ownership;
  • Je blijft pragmatisch en oplossingsgericht, ook wanneer processen nog in beweging zijn;
  • Talen (belangrijk!) Nederlands: vlot Engels: zeer goed Duits: zeer goede kennis;
  • IT & vaardigheden Ervaring met een ERP-systeem is een must (Dynamics is een plus, geen vereiste);
  • Zeer goede Excel-kennis (draaitabellen, opzoekformules);
  • Je houdt van structuur aanbrengen in een veranderende context.
