Voor een gevestigde onderneming binnen de technische groothandel zijn we op zoek naar een Commerciële binnendienst in regio Zele. Het bedrijf werkt dagelijks voor professionele klanten en ondersteunt hen met een breed assortiment, deskundig advies en een service waarop ze kunnen rekenen.

In het filiaal staat een praktische en klantgerichte werking centraal. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega’s, helpt klanten persoonlijk verder en volgt hun vragen en bestellingen zorgvuldig op. Daardoor combineer je commercieel contact met orderopvolging en een actieve bijdrage aan de dagelijkse werking van het filiaal.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Afwisseling staat centraal in jouw werkdag als Commerciële binnendienst: professionele klanten adviseren combineer je met het verwerken en opvolgen van bestellingen
  • Zowel telefonisch als via e-mail behandel je offertes en orders en zorg je ervoor dat alles correct wordt opgevolgd tot aan de levering of afhaling
  • Een vlotte service vraagt om goede interne afstemming met aankoop en jouw collega’s, zodat klanten steeds snel en correct verder geholpen worden
  • Naast het commerciële luik steek je ook praktisch de handen uit de mouwen bij stockaanvulling, het klaarzetten van producten en het netjes houden van de werkplek
  • Samen met het team draag je bij aan een vlotte dagelijkse werking van het filiaal en spring je bij waar nodig
  • Relevante ervaring binnen een commerciële functie of binnen de sector is noodzakelijk om vlot in deze rol te kunnen starten
  • Dankzij jouw productkennis binnen een technische omgeving kan je professionele klanten gericht verder helpen; deze kennis vormt dan ook een belangrijke meerwaarde
  • Vlot communiceren in het Nederlands is vereist, terwijl kennis van Frans, Engels of andere talen een mooie extra troef vormt
  • Wat werkuren betreft stel je je flexibel op: je werkt tweewekelijks op zaterdag en bent bereid om tijdens de zomerperiode om 7u op te starten
