bouwprofessional heeft in onze filialen de keuze uit een productassortiment van meer dan 20.000 artikelen. Ons ruime aanbod omvat riolerings- en afvoermaterialen, nutsleidingen, dak-, gevel- en isolatiematerialen, en folies. Via onze webshop en een netwerk van 11 distributiecentra,

verspreid over heel België, garanderen wij een snelle levering. Bovendien bieden wij met een eigen studiedienst de geschikte bouwtechnische

oplossing voor elk project. Ons team telt 200 medewerkers en realiseert een jaarlijkse omzet van meer dan 140 miljoen euro. Kortom: Deschacht

staat garant als one-stop shop, mét non-stop bouwadvies!

Om onze verdere groei te ondersteunen zoeken we voor onze vestiging in Hoogstraten een Commerciële Binnendienst Medewerker.

Als medewerker commerciële binnendienst heb je een zeer afwisselend en boeiend takenpakket met zowel commerciële, operationele als organisatorische aspecten:

Je verdiept je in de klantenportefeuille en werkt voorstellen en offertes op maat uit. Je

maakt prijsberekeningen, identificeert mogelijke prospecten en garandeert een optimaal klantenonthaal in het filiaal.

In jouw commerciële rol stem je nauw af met de commercieel afgevaardigde, die voornamelijk op de baan is en het externe commerciële werk voor zijn rekening neemt.

Daarnaast sta je mee in voor het dagelijks reilen en zeilen van het filiaal, onder andere op het vlak van orders en offertes. Je ontpopt je tot een veelzijdige medewerker die op verschillende fronten kan meewerken en het team ondersteunt waar nodig. Je werkt in daguren in een wisselend rooster tussen 7u – 18u. Verder werk je 2 zaterdagvoormiddagen per maand. Deze uren kan je recupereren doorheen de week.

Je bent een enthousiaste en leergierige persoon die houdt van een breed en gevarieerd

takenpakket:

• Een bouwkundige achtergrond of ervaring in een bouwgerelateerde omgeving is een sterke troef. Heb je dit nog niet, dan toon je een duidelijke interesse in de bouwsector en heb je affiniteit met het productengamma.

• Je bent klantgericht en beschikt over een commerciële ingesteldheid. Je hecht veel belang aan een sterke service en duurzame klantenrelaties.

• Daarnaast ben je vlot en aangenaam in de omgang en leg je gemakkelijk contact met klanten en collega’s.

• Je houdt ervan om de dagelijkse werking van het filiaal mee vlot te laten verlopen en de business verder uit te bouwen. Je bent een echte teamspeler en flexibel genoeg om collega’s te ondersteunen waar nodig.

• Tegelijk werk je nauwkeurig en gestructureerd. Je hebt oog voor correctheid en een efficiënte werkorganisatie.
