De functie inhoud Als Commerciële Binnendienst Teamlead in regio Aalter neem je een sleutelrol op binnen de commerciële werking:

  • Aanspreekpunt voor klanten en interne teams, met opvolging van dossiers van A tot Z
  • Samen met de vertegenwoordiger beheren van een vaste regio en uitbouwen van sterke klantenrelaties
  • Coachen en aansturen van het binnendienstteam met focus op samenwerking en efficiëntie
  • Ondersteunen en optimaliseren van commerciële processen zoals offertes, orders en prijsafspraken
  • Correct afhandelen van klachten en transportopvolging, met oog voor rapportering en verbetering
