The posting

We zijn op zoek naar een telesales medewerker voor een sterk groeiend en dynamisch telecombedrijf in Gent.

In deze rol werk je op het hoofdkantoor op de commerciële binnendienst en ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor zowel particuliere als professionele klanten.

Je begeleidt hen bij vragen over telecom, energie en IT.

Je behandelt dossiers vlot en zorgt voor een uitstekende klantbeleving.

Je staat klanten te woord via telefoon en mail, activeert of wijzigt telecomdiensten, biedt oplossingen bij klachten en werkt mee aan administratieve ondersteuning binnen de Frontoffice.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Klanten informeren over actuele promoties en producten binnen telecom, energie en IT.
  • Technische vragen beantwoorden of correct doorzetten naar de technische dienst.
  • Klachten analyseren, oplossingen voorstellen en dossiers nauwgezet opvolgen.
  • Commerciële opportuniteiten detecteren en omzetten in concrete sales.
  • Leads telefonisch contacteren en overtuigen met sterke argumenten.
  • Alle klantcontacten en bestellingen accuraat registreren in het CRM-systeem. Werkuren & locatie: Je werkt op het kantoor in Sint-Denijs-Westrem.
  • Werkdagen: maandag t.e.m. zaterdag, met één vaste vrije dag per week.
  • Werkuren: Weekdagen: 9u45 – 18u . Zaterdag: 9u45 – 17u.

Wie zoeken we hiervoor:

  • Je beschikt over een diploma secundair onderwijs.
  • Je kan een eerste commerciële ervaring voorleggen, liefst in de telesales.
  • Je communiceert vlot en klantvriendelijk in het Nederlands.
  • Je werkt vlot met de computer en leert nieuwe software snel aan.
  • Je herkent noden bij klanten en speelt hier commercieel op in.
  • Je werkt graag met targets en bent sterk resultaatgedreven. Je vindt het zeker niet erg om dagelijks targets te moeten behalen.
  • Je communiceert open en werkt graag samen met collega's.
  • Je kan informatie registreren terwijl je belt.
