Heb je een commerciële flair, leg je gemakkelijk contact met klanten en heb je interesse in sport, fitness of revalidatie? Dan is deze functie misschien iets voor jou.

Als Commerciële binnendienstmedewerker onderhoud je het contact met onze bestaande klanten en ga je actief op zoek naar nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten. Je stelt nieuwe producten voor, volgt klanten gericht op en denkt mee over hoe we onze verkoop verder kunnen laten groeien.

MVS in Motion is een Belgische KMO actief in fysio-, revalidatie-, sport- en fitnessproducten. We werken samen met distributeurs en klanten in verschillende Europese landen en beschikken over een sterk en uitgebreid productgamma.

Om onze verdere commerciële groei te ondersteunen, zoeken we een collega die graag contacten legt, initiatief neemt en enthousiast wordt van onze producten.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je onderhoudt actief het contact met onze bestaande klanten
  • Je bouwt duurzame klantenrelaties op via e-mail, telefoon en videocalls
  • Je stelt nieuwe producten voor aan klanten en geeft productdemo’s via videocall
  • Je volgt klanten proactief op en detecteert nieuwe commerciële mogelijkheden
  • Je gaat op zoek naar nieuwe klanten in bestaande en nieuwe markten
  • Je benadert potentiële klanten via e-mail en telefoon
  • Je onderzoekt interessante bedrijven en prospecten
  • Je volgt verkoopcijfers op en vertaalt deze naar concrete commerciële acties
  • Je volgt mee onze commerciële doelstellingen en het Sales Action Plan op
  • Je neemt deel aan internationale beurzen
  • Je bezoekt occasioneel klanten
  • Je denkt mee over nieuwe producten en groeimogelijkheden

Jouw profiel

  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en houdt van klantencontact
  • Je legt gemakkelijk contact en bouwt graag een persoonlijke band op met klanten
  • Je durft zelf de telefoon te nemen en nieuwe klanten te benaderen
  • Je bent enthousiast, communicatief en ondernemend
  • Je laat je niet snel ontmoedigen wanneer een prospect niet meteen reageert
  • Je hebt interesse in sport, fitness, revalidatie of onze producten
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt initiatief
  • Je bent gestructureerd en volgt afspraken goed op
  • Je kunt vlot met cijfers en Excel overweg
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels

Een doorgedreven technische kennis van onze producten is niet nodig. Interesse en de motivatie om ons gamma goed te leren kennen vinden we minstens even belangrijk.

Ervaring in een commerciële functie is een troef, maar ook kandidaten met een eerste relevante werkervaring en de juiste commerciële ingesteldheid komen in aanmerking.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken vooral iemand die graag met klanten bezig is.

Je hoeft geen pure verkoper te zijn die de hele dag aan koude prospectie doet. Wel verwachten we dat je initiatief neemt, klanten zelf contacteert en commerciële kansen durft vast te pakken.

Je vindt het leuk om te ontdekken waarom een klant minder bestelt, een nieuw product voor te stellen of een potentiële klant te overtuigen om met MVS in Motion samen te werken.

Heb je daarnaast zelf een sterke interesse in sport, fitness, kinesitherapie of revalidatie? Dan is dat voor deze functie een belangrijke troef. Je zult onze producten sneller leren kennen en gemakkelijker aansluiting vinden bij onze klanten.
