Ons team bestaat uit mensen die weten waar ze het over hebben, maar ook gewoon zichzelf zijn. We houden van duidelijkheid, korte lijnen en een goede dosis energie op de werkvloer. Want ja, ook in de financiële wereld mag gewoon gelachen worden. De Baan Als commerciële binnendienstmedewerker ben jij de spil tussen klant, adviseur en maatschappij. Jij regelt, schakelt en zorgt dat alles soepel verloopt. Je houdt je bezig met het beheren van verzekeringsportefeuilles, het opstellen van offertes en het beantwoorden van klantvragen. Je ziet kansen, denkt commercieel mee en weet precies wanneer je moet doorpakken. Geen dag is hetzelfde: het ene moment help je een klant met een wijziging, het andere moment werk je een compleet adviesvoorstel uit. Je hoeft bij ons geen 'typische verzekeringspersoon' te zijn. Sterker nog: liever niet. We zoeken iemand die energie meebrengt, scherp is en het leuk vindt om het verschil te maken voor klanten.
