Over de organisatie Deze KMO is marktleider op vlak van tijdelijke installaties voor binnen- en buitenland. Door verschillende overnames is de workload te hoog waardoor ze op personeelsvlak sterk aan het uitbreiden zijn en op zoek zijn naar een gedreven projectleider.

Jouw nieuwe functie Als calculator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige kostprijsberekening. Je werkt gelijktijdig aan verschillende dossiers en bent een belangrijke schakel tussen sales, design, aankoop en projectmanagement. Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Analyseren van ontwerpen, lastenboeken en technische plannen
  • Opstellen van nauwkeurige prijscalculaties voor binnenkomende projecten
  • Opvragen, vergelijken en evalueren van offertes van leveranciers
  • Onderhouden van contacten met leveranciers en onderhandelen over prijzen waar mogelijk
  • Overleggen met sales en ontwerpers om projecten binnen budget uit te werken
  • Doorvoeren van prijsaanpassingen wanneer projecten worden gewijzigd
  • Samenwerken met projectleiders tijdens de verdere uitwerking van dossiers
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de aankoop- en calculatiemanager

Jouw profiel Voor deze functie als commerciële calculator zoeken we een kandidaat met een sterke technische basis en een eerste relevante ervaring binnen calculatie, bouw of projectmatige omgevingen. Je beschikt bij voorkeur over:

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische of bouwkundige richting
  • Eerste ervaring als Calculator, Cost Engineer of in een vergelijkbare technische functie
  • Sterk technisch inzicht en het vermogen om technische plannen correct te interpreteren
  • Een analytische en nauwkeurige werkstijl
  • Een pragmatische aanpak en goede organisatorische vaardigheden
  • Vlotte kennis van Excel, ervaring met calculatiesoftware is een pluspunt
  • Zeer goede kennis Nederlands, en een goede kennis van het Engels voor communicatie met internationale collega's en het verwerken van technische documentatie

Daarnaast ben je communicatief genoeg om leveranciers telefonisch te contacteren en durf je kritisch mee te denken over technische en financiële optimalisaties.
