Wat houdt jouw rol als Customer Service Medewerker in? Samen met onze klant zoeken we versterking voor de bestaande Commerciële Binnendienst.

Voor deze rol zoeken we iemand die graag het voortouw neemt en de trekker kan zijn van de binnendienst.

Regio: België, Nederland, Luxemburg & Noord-Frankrijk

  • Als Customer Service Medewerker / Internal Sales werk je nauw samen met jouw 4 collega's van de binnendienst en de 8 external sales
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de CEO
  • Je bent de centrale contactpersoon voor zowel de klanten als de external sales
  • Je maakt offertes op
  • Je verwerkt de binnenkomende orders en volgt ze ook op
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat alle data correct in het CRM-systeem zit
  • Je werkt commercieel van binnenuit, je spart met de buitendienst en maakt afspraken voor hen
  • Verder denk je na over mogelijke verbeteringen en geef je de nodige input om bepaalde zaken anders of efficiënter aan te pakken

Wat verwachten we van jou als Customer Service Medewerker?

  • Je genoot een Bachelor opleiding (Communicatie, Economie, Toerisme, Logistiek of Taal of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis Nederlands en een goede kennis Frans
  • Je hebt ervaring (minimum 2 jaar) op een commerciële binnendienst (customer service, internal sales, ...)
  • Je bent vlot in omgang, communicatief en commercieel
  • Je bent een zelfstandige werker en weet je werk goed te organiseren
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid & initiatief
  • Je weet mensen te enthousiasmeren en mee te nemen in jouw verhaal
  • Je houdt van innovatie en bent geïnteresseerd in AI
