Als commerciële high-end interieurarchitect in regio Roeselare combineer jij creatief ontwerptalent met commerciële gedrevenheid. Je werkt voor een iconisch Belgisch maatwerkmerk in high-end interieur, van keukens tot volledige totaalinrichtingen. Jij bouwt relaties op met veeleisende particulieren, architecten en ontwikkelaars en verkoopt je ontwerpen zelfstandig. Klaar voor een rol waar vakmanschap en ambitie samenkomen?

De functie inhoud Als high-end interieurarchitect ben jij het creatieve en commerciële gezicht van een toonaangevend merk in maatwerk interieur.

  • Prospectie en uitbouw van een klantennetwerk bij particulieren, architecten en ontwikkelaars in binnen- en buitenland.
  • Vertalen van klantenwensen naar een waardig ontwerp dat voldoet aan esthetische, technische en budgettaire normen.
  • Opmaken van presentatiedossiers, moodboards, plannen en 3D-visualisaties om ontwerpen zelfstandig te pitchen en verkopen.
  • Nauw opvolgen van dossiers samen met de projectleider, van eerste schets tot definitieve productie.
  • Actief vertegenwoordigen op beurzen, architectenbijeenkomsten en sectorevents om het netwerk verder uit te bouwen.

  • Je hebt een diploma binnenhuisarchitect, architect of productontwikkelaar.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie als high-end interieurarchitect.
  • Sterke beheersing van Vectorworks & SketchUp.
  • Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel in het Nederlands als in het Frans.
  • Creativiteit, structuur en een flexibele mindset zijn helemaal jouw ding.
