Ben jij iemand die graag het overzicht bewaart, klanten vriendelijk verder helpt én interesse heeft in techniek?

Dan pas je perfect in ons team!

Als medewerker commerciële binnendienst in ons verkooppunt in Wijnegem ben jij de administratieve steunpilaar van onze vertegenwoordigers in sanitair en verwarming. Je volgt bestellingen nauwgezet op, helpt klanten verder via telefoon of mail en zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen vlot verloopt.

Je bent vaak het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Dankzij je oog voor detail, je vlotte administratie en je inzicht in logistieke processen, zorg je ervoor dat elke bestelling correct en tijdig verwerkt wordt.

Je komt terecht in een dynamisch team waar collega's elkaar aanvullen en samenwerken de sleutel tot succes is.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Je voelt je thuis bij het gebruik van gangbare computerprogramma’s; ervaring met SAP is een pluspunt.
  • Logistieke processen en commerciële opvolging zijn geen onbekenden voor jou.
  • Interesse of ervaring met sanitair, verwarming of technische producten is een duidelijke meerwaarde.
  • In een vergelijkbare functie of drukke werkomgeving heb je al bewezen goed te kunnen multitasken en omgaan met werkdruk.

Wie ben jij?

  • Stressbestendigheid en het behouden van overzicht tijdens drukke momenten met telefoons, mails en ad-hoc vragen zijn belangrijk in deze functie.
  • Helder en klantgericht communiceren in het Nederlands is een must.
  • Administratieve nauwkeurigheid en oog voor detail worden sterk gewaardeerd.
  • Flexibiliteit, teamgeest en een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel maken het verschil.
  • Structuur en tempo gaan hand in hand, en dossiers worden met doorzettingsvermogen afgehandeld.
  • Bij voorkeur woon je in de regio Wijnegem.
