Op basis van jarenlange ervaring in linnenverhuur en veel expertise leveren wij een totaalconcept voor het financieren, beheren en verzorgen van het totale horeca textielpakket. Zo helpt Blycolin klanten om de kwaliteitsbeleving van hun gasten te optimaliseren. Als commerciële medewerker binnendienst ben je de schakel tussen onze klanten, de interne organisatie en wasserijen. Samen met collega's van de buitendienst verleen je service aan onze klanten en beheer je een regio. Je bent pro-actief, houdt van organiseren, je bent dienstverlenend ingesteld en hebt commercieel inzicht. Ook accuratesse en een flexibele klantvriendelijke houding zijn belangrijke aspecten voor deze functie. Ervaring in de hotellerie is een pré. Wat ga je doen? - Onderhouden van de relatie met klanten en wasserijen per telefoon en mail - Pro-actief beheren van klanten in een regio in samenwerking met de accountmanager - Bijhouden en analyseren van gegevens o.a. in CRM systeem - Oplossen van vragen en problemen van klanten Wij vragen en wensen: - Werk en denkniveau MBO+/HBO - Minimaal 32 uur beschikbaar - Een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift - Spreekvaardigheid van de Duitse en Engelse taal is wenselijk - Dat je zelfstandig en in teamverband kan werken - Goede contactuele eigenschappen - Dat je stressbestendig bent en beslissingen durft te nemen - Een probleemoplossend en organisatorisch vermogen Wij bieden Een leuke en uitdagende baan bij een organisatie met een open en collegiale sfeer.
