Afval Alternatief, gevestigd in Dessel, is sinds 2012 uitgegroeid tot een toonaangevende speler in het ophalen van bedrijfsafval. Met 110 medewerkers en meer dan 40 vrachtwagens zorgen we dagelijks voor een efficiënte en milieuvriendelijke afvalinzameling voor ongeveer 15.000 kmo’s in Vlaanderen. Daarnaast maken we deel uit van de Bruco Group waar we ook de verwerking van het opgehaalde bedrijfsafval beheren.

Door onze decentrale operationele structuur staan onze vrachtwagens verspreid over heel Vlaanderen. Daardoor kunnen we snel schakelen en een flexibele dienstverlening garanderen. Onze klanten staan voor ons centraal. De afgelopen vijf jaar werden we door Trends erkend als een van de snelst groeiende bedrijven in Antwerpen. Onze ambitie? Verder groeien en onze regio uitbreiden!

Functieomschrijving

Ter versterking van onze commerciële planning zoeken wij een administratief sterke collega met een uitgesproken operationele en klantgerichte focus.

  • Je bent het telefonisch aanspreekpunt voor klanten in functie van lopende dossiers en planningen
  • Je staat in voor de correcte en tijdige administratieve verwerking van orders
  • Je bewaakt de voortgang van dossiers en zorgt voor een nauwkeurige opvolging
  • Je ondersteunt de commerciële planning met een sterke focus op efficiëntie en structuur
  • Je signaleert knelpunten in processen en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen

Kortom: een uitgebreid takenpakket met veel aandacht voor administratie en opvolging in een sector in volle bloei. Voldoende uitdagingen nu en in de toekomst

Wie ben jij?

  • Je werkt zeer nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
  • Je behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer meerdere dossiers tegelijk lopen
  • Je bent stressbestendig en kan goed prioriteiten stellen
  • Je communiceert professioneel en duidelijk, zowel telefonisch als schriftelijk
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en proactief mee in de geest van Afval Alternatief
  • Je hebt minstens een eerste werkervaring in een binnendienstfunctie
  • Een bachelordiploma is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van het Nederlands en van het MS Office-pakket
