Bij Konvert zoeken we een HR Office Manager die niet alleen het kantoor runt, maar het hele team laat shinen. Jij bent de motor, het kloppend hart en de verbindende factor tussen klanten, kandidaten en je team.

Wat ga jij doen (a.k.a. jouw daily impact)?

  • Je denkt resultaatgericht. Commercieel plan! Targets! KPI’s! Jij zorgt er voor!
  • Je kent je regio als je broekzak. Je gaat op pad, ontmoet klanten en prospects en maakt van netwerkevents jouw persoonlijke speeltuin,
  • Je bouwt relaties op die blijven plakken. Jij luistert écht naar de noden van je klanten en weet precies wat ze zoeken,
  • Jouw team? Jouw crew. Jij coacht, motiveert, daagt uit en zorgt dat iedereen zijn volle potentieel bereikt,
  • Je begeleidt en ondersteunt jouw uitzendkrachten via o.a. jobcoaching,
  • Structuur is key. Je houdt het kantoor strak georganiseerd, rapporteert en bewaart altijd het overzicht.

Jij leidt, inspireert en zorgt dat er niet alleen hard gewerkt wordt, maar ook hard gelachen.

  • Commerciële flair: You HAVE it!
  • Jij haalt energie uit het behalen van doelen en krijgt een kick van het bouwen van sterke klantenrelaties,
  • Als dynamische people manager bereik je samen met jouw team de top,
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een bachelor / master diploma of kan aantonen dat jij de juiste persoon bent voor de job,
  • Je bent georganiseerd, stressbestendig, weet prioriteiten te stellen en zet de laatste puntjes op de “i”.
