Ben jij commercieel ingesteld en krijg je energie van afwisseling? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Wij zoeken medewerkers voor de commerciële binnendienst. In deze functie ben je dagelijks in gesprek met klanten, deelnemers en prospects. Je volgt leads op, voert servicegesprekken, plant afspraken in en signaleert commerciële kansen. Je werkt nauw samen met marketing, trainers en collega's van sales. Dankzij jouw inzet blijven klanten betrokken, worden commerciële kansen benut en groeit ons netwerk van tevreden deelnemers en opdrachtgevers. Wat ga je doen? - Je benadert bestaande klanten en prospects naar aanleiding van marketingcampagnes en leadacties. - Je belt deelnemers na trainingen en opleidingen om feedback te verzamelen, evaluaties te bespreken en verbeterpunten te signaleren. - Je belt deelnemers na webinars en evenementen om hun interesse en ontwikkelbehoeften verder te verkennen. - Je volgt informatieaanvragen en aanvragen voor brochures actief op. - Je plant afspraken in voor onze adviseurs en trainers. - Je voert studieadviesgesprekken met potentiële deelnemers. - Je onderhoudt contact met bestaande klanten en onderzoekt welke opleidings- en ontwikkelvraagstukken er spelen. - Je signaleert commerciële kansen en zet deze om in concrete vervolgacties. - Je werkt nauw samen met marketing om campagnes en leadopvolging optimaal op elkaar af te stemmen. - Je verwerkt en actualiseert klantinformatie in ons CRM-systeem. - Je ondersteunt de administratieve processen waar nodig. - Je onderhoudt contact met trainers over openstaande offertes en vervolgstappen. Hoewel je veel telefonisch contact hebt, gaat het nadrukkelijk niet om callcenterwerk. Je voert persoonlijke gesprekken, denkt mee met klanten en deelnemers en bouwt aan duurzame rel...
