Als Teamlead Verzekeringen ben jij het inhoudelijke en menselijke ankerpunt van het team. Je combineert meewerken, coachen en richting geven.

Voor het team

  • Je ondersteunt en coacht een team van drie ervaren collega’s.
  • Je bent een sparringspartner voor complexe dossiers en inhoudelijke vragen.
  • Je neemt complexere schadegevallen zelf op en ontzorgt zo het team.
  • Je communiceert open, duidelijk en respectvol.
  • Je houdt voeling met de werkdruk en helpt prioriteiten stellen in piekmomenten.
  • Je hecht waarde aan samenwerking en steekt hierbij zelf ook de handen uit de mouwen.

Voor het kantoor

  • Je bent de schakel tussen het kantoor en de verschillende verzekeringsmaatschappijen.
  • Je volgt cijfers en acties op, met oog voor haalbaarheid en realiteit.
  • Je denkt mee over commerciële strategie en verdere uitbouw van het verzekeringsluik.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met Stijn ( CEO), die sterk inzet op vertrouwen en autonomie.

Voor de klant

  • Je beheert en verdiept bestaande klantenrelaties, voornamelijk kmo’s en zelfstandigen.
  • Je bent zichtbaar: ongeveer 50% van je tijd ben je op de baan.
  • Je vertrekt altijd vanuit advies en empathie, niet vanuit verkoopdruk.
  • Je hebt minstens 10 jaar relevante ervaring.
  • Je bent breed inzetbaar en brengt sterke vakinhoudelijke expertise mee.
  • Je ondersteunt collega’s als mentor en sparringspartner en werkt effectief samen binnen het team.
  • Je communiceert open, helder en empathisch.
  • Je draagt bij aan een positieve teamdynamiek en stimuleert samenwerking.
  • Je denkt commercieel mee en werkt samen met jouw team aan de groei van het kantoor.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans.
