Jouw taken

• Klanten verwelkomen en adviseren in de winkel en telefonisch

• Klanten helpen bij het kiezen van de juiste machines, gereedschappen en oplossingen

• Offertes en bestellingen opvolgen en klanten actief contacteren

• Technische vragen beantwoorden en meedenken met de klant

• Herstellingen uitvoeren in het atelier

• Storingen en technische problemen analyseren en oplossen

• Herstellingen testen en klaarmaken voor aflevering

• Binnenkomende goederen ontvangen, controleren en verwerken

• Je productkennis voortdurend uitbreiden door dagelijks met de materialen en machines te werken

Je hebt een sterke technische interesse en werkt graag met machines en gereedschappen

• Je krijgt energie van klantencontact en commercieel advies

• Je bent oplossingsgericht en denkt graag mee met de klant

• Je bent leergierig en wil verschillende merken en producten leren kennen

• Je werkt nauwkeurig en zelfstandig, maar functioneert ook goed in team

• Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit

• Ervaring in verkoop of een technische omgeving is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste
