The posting

  • Jij begeleidt nieuwe Private Banking klanten tijdens het onboardingsproces, met speciale aandacht voor de naleving van regels zoals Know Your Customer en Anti-Money Laundering;
  • Jij ondersteunt het volledige jaarlijkse acceptatieproces door het verzamelen van benodigde informatie bij klanten, voornamelijk via telefoon en e-mail, en bereidt het klantendossier volledig voor;
  • Jij zorgt voor een soepele en discreet afhandeling van klantvragen tijdens het onboardingsproces;
  • Jij helpt de rivate Banker bij de voorbereiding en opvolging van afspraken met klanten;
  • Jij behandelt verzoeken zoals het afhandelen van rekeningafsluitingen, adreswijzigingen, creditcardverzoeken en andere administratieve wijzigingen in de klantstructuur;
  • Jij coördineert en volgt betalingen en Forex-transacties op, inclusief vervaldata van leningen, en zorgt voor efficiënte communicatie met alle betrokkenen binnen de organisatie;
  • Jij ondersteunt bij het opstellen van rapportages en documentbeheer, zowel voor onboarding als voor ad hoc verzoeken;
  • Jij biedt ondersteuning aan de Private Banker bij overige House in Order zaken waar nodig;
  • Jij reageert op uiteenlopende vragen van Private Banking klanten en interne stakeholders;
  • Jij werkt proactief samen met private bankers en andere afdelingen om de tevredenheid van klanten te waarborgen;
  • Jij houdt de algemene inbox in de gaten en zorgt voor een tijdige afhandeling van binnenkomende verzoeken.
  • Heeft minimaal een Bachelor diploma, ervaring in de financiële sector is een pré, maar niet verplicht voor de rol van commercieel assistent;
  • Toont zich als een echte facilitator, die anderen helpt om te slagen;
  • Is in staat om initiatieven te starten en ideeën om te zetten in concrete plannen;
  • Streeft naar het behalen van uitstekende resultaten, zowel individueel als in samenwerking met anderen, altijd gebaseerd op vertrouwen;
  • Is vaardig in administratieve taken en heeft een georganiseerde werkstijl;
  • Krijgt energie van nieuwe kennis en het ontmoeten van mensen;
  • Onderneemt actief contact met klanten, pakt zaken proactief aan en herkent kansen in de markt.
