De Commercial Controller neemt een sleutelpositie in tussen finance en de commerciële organisatie. De rol combineert business partnering, financiële planning en diepgaande analyse en heeft een duidelijke zichtbaarheid richting commercieel leiderschap en management.

Commercial Controller - Functieomschrijving:

  • Het financieel ondersteunen en challengen van commerciële teams door inzichten te leveren rond omzetontwikkeling, marges, pricing, promoties en klant- en productrendabiliteit.
  • Het aansturen van commerciële budget- en forecastprocessen, inclusief rolling forecasts en langetermijnplannen, met focus op winstgevendheid en waardecreatie.
  • Het ontwikkelen van performantie-analyses en rapportering, waarbij trends, varianties, risico's en opportuniteiten worden vertaald naar duidelijke aanbevelingen voor management.

Commercial Controller - Profiel:

  • Een sterke financiële en analytische achtergrond met een masterdiploma in finance, accounting of economie en minstens zeven jaar ervaring binnen commercial finance, FP&A of een gelijkaardige rol.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in samenwerking met sales en marketing, idealiter in een internationale of Europese context, met affiniteit voor pricing en commerciële besluitvorming.
  • Een uitgesproken business mindset gecombineerd met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om complexe analyses helder te vertalen naar niet-financiële stakeholders.
