Als junior en aankomend volwaardig Accountmanager draag je bij aan het versterken van ons marktleiderschap door het actief zoeken naar kansen voor Eurofins en neem je regie naar het daadwerkelijk realiseren van nieuwe business; denk aan uitbreiding van services, analyse van huidige klant(segmenten), cross-selling, verdiepen van klantrelaties, het opstarten en implementeren van innovaties.

Het traject tot volwaardig accountmanager bestaat uit:

  • Beheren van een portfolio van de eigen kleine klanten, die je bedient als salesmanager;
  • Leren van senior accountmanagers: samen werken aan de grootste klanten van Eurofins;
  • Werken aan je (eigen) business development projecten, in samenwerking met Business Development Manager, Analytical Service Managers, R&D team & Marketing Manager;
  • Volgen van trainingen, zoals: communicatie & gedrag, (key) accountmanagement, onderhandelen, Projectmanagement, etc;
  • Coaching van verschillende senior leaders binnen de organisatie.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden die hierbij horen zijn natuurlijk het onderhouden en uitbouwen van bestaande en nieuwe klantrelaties. Daarnaast ontwikkel je visie op de markt middels deskresearch (wetgeving, marktvraag, trends en ontwikkelingen, competitor analyse). Deze visie vertaal je naar businessplannen ondersteund met een haalbaarheidsstudie en advies naar het management. Daarnaast creeëren we graag nieuwe (onconventionele) proposities. Concreet liggen er direct een aantal kansen en projecten:

  • Vergroten van de verkoop van specialties in de BE milieu markt;
  • Ontwikkelen van een meer data-gestuurde Sales aanpak per segment / product;
  • Innovatie: Het verkennen en ombouwen van data-gedreven producten en services.

Standplaats: de verschillende locaties van Eurofins Environment Testing Benelux, voornamelijk Merelbeke. Hybride werken behoort tot de mogelijkheden.

Voor onze Commercial Fast Track zijn we op zoek naar master afgestudeerde starters (max 2 jaar werkervaring), bijvoorbeeld in de richting van Chemie, Life Sciences of Technische Bedrijfskunde. Maar heb je in een andere richting gestudeerd en aantoonbaar affiniteit met laboratoria én een commerciële B2B omgeving, dan ben je van harte welkom te solliciteren.
