Commercial Growth Intern We zoeken een commerciële stagiair die vanaf dag één echt iets te zeggen heeft. Je helpt ons aanbod om te zetten in scherpe proposities, vindt en benadert de juiste accounts, en ondersteunt deals van begin tot eind - terwijl je leert hoe enterprise B2B-sales echt werkt. Collega's van Data Booster in gesprek op het kantoor in Utrecht We zijn een snelgroeiend edtech-bedrijf dat data- en AI-vaardigheden bij iedereen brengt, vertrouwd door Just Eat Takeaway, ING en Skyscanner. Deze stage komt met echte verantwoordelijkheid vanaf dag één. Je gaat onze commerciële motor niet met de hand draaien: je gebruikt dezelfde AI die we onze klanten leren om workflows en agents te bouwen die accounts uitzoeken, leads kwalificeren, outreach personaliseren en elk signaal naar de juiste volgende stap sturen. Een gemiddelde week: je bouwt een prospectlijst met een AI-workflow, zet outboundreeksen op via LinkedIn en e-mail en houdt ze bij, bereidt een klantgesprek van een founder voor, en scherpt een one-pager voor een nieuwe sector aan. Hoe succes eruitziet: binnen je eerste maanden run je delen van de outboundmotor zelfstandig en boek je gekwalificeerde gesprekken; aan het eind van je stage staan er AI-workflows die het team blijft gebruiken en heb je direct bijgedragen aan gesloten deals. Wat je gaat doen - Bouw en run commerciële workflows met AI , met dezelfde tools die we trainen, om accounts uit te zoeken, leads te kwalificeren en outreach te personaliseren - Onderzoek doelaccounts en beslissers, en bouw gekwalificeerde prospectlijsten - Doe outbound : schrijf berichten, beheer reeksen op LinkedIn en e-mail, houd reacties bij - Scherp onze commerciële proposities aan voor verschillende doelgroepen en sectoren - Ondersteun deals van begin tot eind : voorbereiding van gesprekken, opvolging, voorstellen en een schoon CRM - Denk mee met de founders , en neem een stuk pipeline voor je rekening waarvan je het effect ziet Wa...
