Dans le cadre de son développement en Belgique, LCDL, entreprise spécialisée dans la rénovation énergétique, recherche des Commerciaux Itinérants B2C pour renforcer son équipe.

Votre rôle : rencontrer des particuliers ayant un projet de rénovation énergétique, comprendre leurs besoins et les accompagner jusqu'à la signature. Les rendez-vous sont fournis par notre équipe de téléprospection. Vous pouvez rejoindre l'équipe en CDI ou en Freelance, selon votre projet professionnel.

Votre mission

Sur le terrain, vous serez chargé(e) de : Rencontrer les particuliers lors de rendez-vous commerciaux. Identifier leur projet et leurs besoins. Présenter les solutions de rénovation énergétique adaptées. Conseiller et accompagner le client dans son projet. Construire une proposition commerciale pertinente. Négocier et conclure les ventes. Assurer le suivi de vos dossiers jusqu'à leur concrétisation. Développer une relation de confiance avec vos clients.

Votre quotidien est avant tout orienté terrain, conseil, négociation et closing.

Nous recherchons avant tout un véritable tempérament commercial. Vous êtes à l'aise dans la relation B2C et savez transformer un rendez-vous en opportunité commerciale.

Une expérience en tant que : - Commercial terrain / itinérant - Technico-commercial - Conseiller commercial B2C - Business Developer - Commercial en rénovation énergétique - Commercial habitat / photovoltaïque sera particulièrement appréciée.

Une expérience dans la rénovation énergétique, le photovoltaïque, l'isolation, les pompes à chaleur ou l'amélioration de l'habitat constitue un véritable atout.

Mais nous regarderons également votre capacité à : Créer rapidement une relation de confiance. Découvrir et comprendre les besoins d'un client. Argumenter et traiter les objections. Négocier. Closer une vente. Organiser efficacement vos déplacements et votre activité.

Vous devez être à l'aise avec une rémunération comportant une part importante liée à votre performance.

Commission évolutive par palier.

Travail en journée du lundi au vendredi.

Formation et accompagnement sur le terrain au démarrage.
