Voor een grote logistieke speler in Kallo, is het team van Konvert HR op zoek naar een Commercial Manager. Deze onderneming biedt complete wereldwijde logistieke oplossingen voor zowel vaste als vloeibare chemicaliën. Deze business unit beheert een eigen vloot van meer dan 2.000 tankcontainers, waarmee ze de productievestigingen van klanten verbinden met bestemmingen over de hele wereld. Vanuit kantoren in Antwerpen, Houston en Singapore leveren zij op maat gemaakte, globale, deur-tot-deur transportoplossingen voor bulkvloeistoffen.

Als Commercial Manager ontwerp je samen met je team de meest efficiënte, betrouwbare en snelle logistieke stromen voor onze klanten. Je krijgt ondersteuning van een sterke interne organisatie, ervaren collega's en betrouwbare partners. Dankzij een grondig opleidingsprogramma bouw je snel expertise op binnen de wereld van specialty chemicals. Je wordt lid van een dynamisch commercieel team dat dagelijks nieuwe uitdagingen aangaat, waar jouw drive en enthousiasme het verschil maken.

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

  • Opstellen en optimaliseren van internationale logistieke flows voor chemische vloeistoffen.
  • Uitwerken van commerciële offertes en prijsvoorstellen op maat van de klant.
  • Onderhandelen met rederijen, vervoerders en andere logistieke partners.
  • Opvolgen van bestaande klantenportefeuilles en uitbreiden van commerciële kansen.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met planning, operaties en veiligheidsteams om vlotte en veilige transporten te garanderen.
  • Signaleren van knelpunten in de supply chain en proactief oplossingen voorstellen.
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten bij vragen of operationele uitdagingen.
  • Je behaalde een masterdiploma.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands en Engels vloeiend en dit op professioneel niveau.
  • Elke bijkomende talenkennis is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en bent bereid om ook op de werkvloer aanwezig te zijn.
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht, sterk in onderhandelen, creatief in organiseren en commercieel ingesteld.
  • Je gelooft in klantvriendelijkheid, economische efficiëntie, leergierigheid, motivatie, innovatie en verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je hebt minimum 2 jaar relevante werkervaring.
