Onze klant is een groeiende KMO regio Oudenburg en is actief in de transportsector. Met een sterke focus op betrouwbaarheid, flexibiliteit en klantgerichtheid gelden zij als kwalitatieve partner en dé referentie binnen hun specifieke niche-segment. Gezien de sterke groei zijn wij op zoek naar een Commercial Manager die de bedrijfsprocessen verder helpt structureren en optimaliseren.

Jobomschrijving

Als Commercial Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operationele werking van de organisatie. Je vormt de schakel tussen verschillende afdelingen en zorgt ervoor dat processen efficiënt verlopen. Je garandeert een uitstekende dienstverlening aan klanten en je draagt bij aan de verdere professionalisering van de organisatie. Je combineert operationeel leiderschap met commerciële en administratieve verantwoordelijkheden en bent bereid om collega's te ondersteunen wanneer nodig. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aankoop- en verkoopproces van goederen.
  • Je volgt de financiële administratie op, waaronder betalingen, facturen, rapporteringen en voorraadwaarderingen.
  • Je analyseert operationele KPI's en zet verbeteracties op wanneer doelstellingen onder druk komen te staan.
  • Je coördineert kwaliteitsprocessen en ziet toe op de naleving van geldende normen en procedures.
  • Je bereidt interne en externe audits mee voor en zorgt voor een correcte documentatie.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het technisch en facilitair beheer van gebouwen, bedrijfsmiddelen en het wagenpark, inclusief onderhoud, keuringen en verzekeringen.
  • Je detecteert opportuniteiten om processen efficiënter te maken en vertaalt analyses naar concrete verbeterinitiatieven.
  • Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse werking van het team en fungeert als back-up voor verschillende operationele functies wanneer nodig.
  • Master of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • /- 5 jaar ervaring binnen een KMO-omgeving
