Sales leadership

  • Vertalen van commerciële strategie naar regionale uitvoering
  • Optimaliseren van segment- en klantenbenadering (KMO & industrie)
  • Bewaken van commerciële focus, prioriteiten en execution discipline
  • Input leveren op commerciële aanpak en groeistrategie
  • Aansturen en ontwikkelen van een team van accountmanagers en key accountmanagers
  • Sturen op KPI's, commerciële output en gedrag
  • Opbouwen van vertrouwen, respect en alignment binnen een diverse groep profielen
  • Verhogen van teamcohesie, eigenaarschap en commerciële discipline

Resultaatverantwoordelijkheid

  • Eindverantwoordelijkheid voor commerciële resultaten in Vlaanderen
  • Opvolgen van omzet, marge en KPI's via BI-rapportering
  • Vertalen van inzichten naar concrete acties
  • Garanderen van consistente uitvoering in de markt

  • Actieve betrokkenheid bij strategische klantendossiers

Profiel

We zoeken een ervaren commerciële leider met een sterke achtergrond in B2B sales en teammanagement binnen technische, industriële of distributieomgevingen.

Ervaring

  • 10-15+ jaar ervaring in B2B sales
  • Ervaring met field sales en key account structuren
  • Sterke ervaring in het aansturen van commerciële teams (10-20 FTE)
  • Ervaring in technische distributie/ industrial B2B is een sterke troef
