Als Commercial & Marketing Support Specialist combineer je commerciële ondersteuning met lokale trade marketing. Je bent een centrale schakel binnen een compact Benelux-team en werkt tegelijk samen met collega’s binnen een grote internationale groep.

Wat maakt deze functie interessant? Geen twee dagen zijn volledig hetzelfde. Het ene moment werk je een lokale promotionele actie uit, het volgende ondersteun je een klant of zorg je ervoor dat prijzen en commerciële voorwaarden correct in SAP staan.

Je krijgt een breed zicht op de commerciële werking en hebt contact met klanten, sales, customer service, marketing en het internationale hoofdkantoor. Omdat je in een compact team werkt, zie je snel het resultaat van je werk en krijg je ruimte om zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.

De functie bestaat ongeveer voor de helft uit commerciële ondersteuning en voor de helft uit lokale marketingactiviteiten.

Commerciële ondersteuning

  • Prijzen, tarieven, kortingen en commerciële klantvoorwaarden correct beheren in SAP.
  • Bestellingen verwerken en de verdere opvolging ervan verzekeren.
  • Transporten en leveringen opvolgen en klanten en collega’s proactief informeren.
  • Praktische en commerciële vragen van klanten beantwoorden.
  • Salescollega’s voorzien van correcte en actuele product-, prijs- en klantinformatie.
  • Tijdens drukke momenten of afwezigheden bijspringen binnen customer service.
  • Meedenken over verbeteringen die de dagelijkse werking van het Benelux-filiaal vlotter en efficiënter maken.

Internationale marketing vertalen naar de lokale markt

  • Marktontwikkelingen, concurrenten en commerciële opportuniteiten in België en Nederland analyseren.
  • Centrale marketingplannen vertalen naar relevante initiatieven voor de Beneluxmarkt.
  • Promotionele acties uitwerken, zoals tijdelijke kortingen, productbundels en 2+1-acties.
  • Campagnes voorbereiden en zowel de uitvoering als de resultaten opvolgen.
  • Productintroducties en lokale commerciële acties mee ondersteunen.
  • Ervoor zorgen dat klanten en salescollega’s toegang hebben tot aantrekkelijk en actueel marketingmateriaal.
  • Content voor catalogi, websites en andere communicatiekanalen vertalen en aanpassen aan de lokale markt.
  • Vanuit de Beneluxmarkt gerichte feedback geven op de internationale marketing- en socialmediaplanning.
  • Productafbeeldingen en marketingmateriaal via de beschikbare platformen ter beschikking stellen van klanten.
  • De socialmediakanalen worden centraal beheerd vanuit Frankrijk. Jouw rol? De content vertalen, lokaal afstemmen en erop toezien dat die relevant is voor zowel de Belgische als de Nederlandse mark

We zoeken een ervaren en veelzijdige professional die commerciële feeling combineert met organisatorische nauwkeurigheid en interesse in marketing.

Je past goed binnen deze functie wanneer je:

  • ervaring hebt in commercial support, sales support, customer service, marketing support of een vergelijkbare brede functie;
  • graag afwisselt tussen klantcontact, administratie, commerciële ondersteuning en marketing;
  • zelfstandig je werk organiseert en verantwoordelijkheid durft te nemen;
  • nauwkeurig werkt, ook wanneer verschillende vragen tegelijk binnenkomen;
  • commercieel meedenkt en snel begrijpt wat klanten en collega’s nodig hebben;
  • gemakkelijk schakelt tussen verschillende taken en gesprekspartners;
  • je thuis voelt in een klein team waarin collega’s nauw samenwerken;
  • initiatief neemt en graag praktisch meewerkt aan oplossingen;
  • energie krijgt van een internationale omgeving met bekende consumentenmerken.
