Vanuit de Nederlandse vestiging speelt het team een centrale rol in de samenwerking met diverse Europese saleskantoren en vormt het een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, operations, logistiek en productie. De organisatie bevindt zich in een belangrijke fase van verdere professionalisering. Routinematige werkzaamheden worden steeds verder geautomatiseerd, waardoor de focus verschuift naar procesoptimalisatie, standaardisatie en continue verbetering. Daarom is er behoefte aan iemand die niet alleen de operatie begrijpt, maar ook de drive heeft om processen slimmer, efficiënter en toekomstbestendig te maken. De cultuur is nuchter, direct en kenmerkt zich door de betrokkenheid van een familiebedrijf. Medewerkers krijgen veel ruimte voor initiatief, verantwoordelijkheid en eigen ideeën. De functie Als Commercial Operations Lead speel je een sleutelrol binnen een internationale productieomgeving. Door de jaren heen zijn processen, klantafspraken en werkwijzen per land gegroeid, waardoor verschillen in uitvoering en afhankelijkheid van specifieke kennis zijn ontstaan. Juist daar ligt jouw uitdaging: niet alleen zorgen dat de operatie goed draait, maar vooral kijken hoe deze slimmer, efficiënter en beter georganiseerd kan worden. Je combineert operationeel meewerken met continue verbetering. Omdat je midden in het proces staat, zie je waar fouten ontstaan, waar overdrachten stroef verlopen en waar processen onnodig complex zijn geworden.
