Dit zijn jouw dagelijkse actions Als Commercial Planner FMCG bij Action ben je verantwoordelijk voor het leveren van van een optimale assortiments- en vraagplanning voor jouw categorie. Je zorgt voor inzichten in trends, marktontwikkeling en veranderingen in de vraag om op deze manier de inkopers te voorzien van de juiste informatie. Je identificeert artikeltrends, commerciële acties en assortimentsaanpassingen. Ook signaleer je mogelijke problemen tijdig. Samen zijn jullie een hecht team en versterk je elkaar. Hoe dit eruit ziet in taken en verantwoordelijkheden ? - Creëer en beheer een assortimentsplan voor meer dan 3000 winkels in 14 landen, elk jaar groeien we met 300 winkels. Genoeg uitdagingen dus. - Je maakt een vraagvoorspelling voor een nieuw assortiment, rekening houdend met zaken als seizoensinvloeden, trends en timing. - De vertaling van commerciële wensen in de hoeveelheid artikelen die we inkopen vormt de baiss voor Supply Chain Planning. Samen identificeer je de mogelijke leveringsproblemen die natuurlijk impact hebben op de assortimentsplanning. - Je verbindt de algemene verkoop- en financiële doelstellingen en risicogebieden met de plannen op categorieniveau. - Ook voorspel je de verwachte verkoopcijfers van geplande aanbiedingen en de impact van andere commerciële activiteiten en trends op het bestaande assortiment.
