Als Commercial Planner FMCG bij Action ben je de spil in het assortiment van 3000+ Europese winkels. Je werkt nauw samen met inkopers en supply planners om ervoor te zorgen dat de juiste producten in de juiste hoeveelheid op het juiste moment in onze winkels liggen. De planningskeuzes die jij vandaag maakt, zien onze klanten morgen terug. Wat ga je doen? - Creëer en beheer assortimentsplannen voor meer dan 3000 winkels in 14 landen, elk jaar groeien we met ongeveer 300 winkels - Maak vraagprognoses voor nieuwe assortimenten, rekening houdend met seizoensinvloeden, trends en timing - Vertaal commerciële wensen in inkoopvolumes en identificeer mogelijke leveringsproblemen die impact hebben op assortimentsplanning - Verbind algemene verkoop- en financiële doelstellingen met plannen op categorieniveau - Voorspel verwachte verkoopcijfers van geplande aanbiedingen en analyseer de impact van commerciële activiteiten en trends op het bestaande assortiment - Identificeer artikeltrends, commerciële acties en assortimentsaanpassingen, en signaleer mogelijke problemen tijdig Wat neem je mee? - Aantoonbare ervaring met inkoop, commerciële planning of merchandise planning in FMCG - Sterke analytische vaardigheden; je kunt analyses maken, prognoses beheren en trends identificeren - Praktische kennis van planningstools en Excel - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Engels; Nederlands is een pré - Enthousiasme voor voortdurende verbetering, nieuwsgierigheid en creativiteit; je durft je uit te spreken en brengt graag nieuwe ideeën in - Sterke sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden; je werkt prettig samen met collega's van inkoop tot supply planning Wat bieden we? - Marktconform salaris - 24 vakanti...
