Je houdt je bezig met het vergroten van het marktaandeel, optimaliseren van de productmarge en het verhogen van het aantal verkopen en de online conversie. Wat doe je als Commercial Product Manager bij Coolblue? Dagelijks werk je aan het bepalen van de juiste prijsstrategie en het optimaliseren van het productassortiment. Je denkt mee over het verbeteren van het aanbod voor de klant, bijvoorbeeld door betere cross-sell keuzes. Je werkt in een multidisciplinair team van ongeveer 6 tot 10 Coolblue'ers, waarbij je veel samenwerkt met de Product Journey Manager en de Buyer. Buiten je eigen team, overleg je vaak met collega's van Marketing. Samen verbeteren jullie de kanaalprestaties, zoals bid-management en online zichtbaarheid. - Samen met je Lead stel je commerciële doelen en actieperiodes vast, en kijk je of deze behaald worden. - Je zorgt voor een slimme prijsstrategie die past bij onze commerciële doelen. - Je bekijkt dagelijks de cijfers in dashboards en pakt tegenvallende resultaten aan, op korte én lange termijn. - Samen met de Product Journey Manager stel je het assortiment samen en zorg je dat het logisch, aantrekkelijk en winstgevend is. - Je kiest welke producten goed werken als cross-sell om zo extra marge per bestelling te halen. - Je verbetert ons bid-management door verkeer en concurrenten te analyseren, zodat de prestaties in NL en BE beter worden.
