Als Commercial Program Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor een aantal strategische klantinitiatieven binnen een van de belangrijkste klantrelaties van Lamers High Tech Systems. Je opereert op het snijvlak van klant, techniek en organisatie en zorgt ervoor dat complexe trajecten succesvol worden gerealiseerd. Je bent nauw betrokken bij vraagstukken die directe impact hebben op de samenwerking met de klant. Denk hierbij aan NPI-trajecten, cost-down programma's, transfers, capaciteitsvraagstukken en andere strategische initiatieven waarbij meerdere disciplines binnen Lamers en de klantorganisatie betrokken zijn. Daarbij werk je dagelijks samen met engineering, operations, supply chain, quality en projectteams. Je zorgt ervoor dat belangen bij elkaar worden gebracht, besluiten worden genomen en trajecten voortgang blijven houden. Wat deze rol onderscheidt, is dat je zowel aan klantzijde als intern een belangrijke regierol vervult. Je overziet het grotere geheel en weet complexe vraagstukken om te zetten in concrete resultaten.
