Om deze groei verder te ondersteunen, zijn zij op zoek naar een communicatief sterke en proactieve Sales Support Specialist die mee wil bouwen aan duurzame klantrelaties en operationele excellentie.

Omschrijving

  • Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor distributeurs en klanten binnen jouw regio.
  • Je beheert het volledige order-to-cash proces, van orderinvoer tot levering, facturatie en aftersales.
  • Je zorgt voor een efficiënte planning van transporten en optimale container- en vrachtwagenbeladingen.
  • Je ondersteunt de Account Managers bij de dagelijkse commerciële opvolging.
  • Je fungeert als brug tussen klanten en interne afdelingen zoals logistiek, productie, supply chain, marketing en sales.
  • Je volgt forecasts op in samenwerking met de supply chain afdeling om een optimale productieplanning te garanderen.
  • Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met klanten en bouwt sterke relaties uit.
  • Je ondersteunt commerciële acties door middel van upselling en cross-selling.
  • Je verzamelt relevante markt- en klanteninformatie en verwerkt deze in het CRM-systeem.
  • Je denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen en klantenservice.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen Customer Service, Sales Support of Internal Sales.
  • Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving is een sterke troef.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Kennis van Duits is een belangrijke meerwaarde.
  • Je bent een echte relatiebouwer en communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en hebt een sterk organisatorisch vermogen.
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je communiceert diplomatisch en professioneel.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en denkt graag mee met klanten.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en behoudt het overzicht onder druk.
